How to Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your NameDraw account and have all associated user information removed from our systems, please send an email request to hello@namedraw.app from the email address associated with your account.

What Information Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile and personal information
• Your participation in gift exchanges and wishlists
• Any email preferences and notification settings
• All associated user data stored in our systems

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receiving your email. Once processed, the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before You Delete

Please note that deleting your account will:

• Remove you from any active gift exchanges
• Delete all your wishlists and saved preferences
• Prevent you from accessing any historical exchange data
• Require you to create a new account if you wish to use NameDraw again in the future
